    Does TMC force Per Diem pay or can you opt out ? Also a more general trucking question. When you are placed in a truck does the company at least give you a new mattress in the sleeper? I can only imagine what the driver before may or may not have done on it.

    If I am correct on percentage pay you start at 25% and can increase to 32% . My question is there a limit on how low this number can go before you have a year in?

    when I started it was 23% and after a month (most guys) jumped to 25-27%. Realisticly, id say 27-29% is the norm. Yes, you can get more, but its not easy. And beware of the guys that say they get 32%. Most are inflating their numbers

    I was at 32% for 1 month but am at 30% now. I have not neen under 28% in probably 20 months.
