This. I currently work for Builders Transportation and I really enjoy it here. The office staff are all good people. My trainer is a good guy. Very helpful and informative. I have gotten excellent training with both driving and load securement. Any questions about Builders? I'll try to answer them to the best of my ability.

Im not trying to start an argument but I dont think any of you drivers have ever really had a good flatbed driving job, because if you had, none of you would even consider any of those 5 companies. You can never make good money with 4 or 5 hundred other drivers to compete with, especially when you have e-logs telling you that you that "you are tired, and its time to go to bed little steering wheel holder". Shame on all of you for misleading newbies. To ALL you new drivers...- ANY job that you go to staight out of school (will) suck. You can mark my words. But make sure that you stay at 1 company for 1 year, then go find you a small local company to drive for. Dont be decieved by the fancy equipment. All these cutthroat companies like TMC has to pay for those nice trucks somehow, do you think its from their profits? No. Its at the drivers expense. If you think 24 to 26% is good pay for a flatbedder then like I said before, You have never worked for a good company yet.
