Typical shipper that cant wait till next day to load. Typical driver that loads late and tries to run thru the overnight. Check out the seven person fatality on i 10 in az....what happened here is tame by comparison. Prime dont care never did, never will.

There are numerous truck related accidents everyday ans not everyone has PRIME on the door so the other carriers are no different.
DragonTamerBrat, aiwiron and TheRoadWarrior Thank this. -
If you want to read about a company before slamming them check out their ratings. you would be surprised at what you might find out. www.fmcsa.dot.gov . click company snapshot or dot number then click sms results. even though crash indicator says public you can click on it and see what and where it happened and if anyone got hurt or killed. it has a group of items you can click on the left hand side from driver fitness to fatigued and unsafe driving and others

A little update... the accident is being listed as non-preventable. A UPS double with an unsecured back roll-up door dropped a number of pallets and a large metal cage (200 lbs worth) onto the highway. The Prime driver was unable to avoid hitting the debris, causing this crash. UPS has been presented a bill for all damages to the truck, trailer, load and the emergency response in this accident.
