There is no e in gravy. I have the gut to speak intelligently on this subject. An yeah Jimmy Dean is pretty hard to beat for your grease, oops initial ingredient.

Oh yeah, and I put the tabasco on after my eggs are cooked, only 'cause if it hits the pan the smoke can gag you something fierce! -

Best truckstop restaurant ever, though. Great biscuits and gravy, too, lol. -
Yes, the tabasco is best after, but to really make those eggs nice and fluffy, in an omelet or scrambled; instead of a bit of milk when you beat them, use a dab of sour cream, it works great. One of my favorites was creamed chipped beef over a large greasy hashbrown.
