    I really do need to get some pics of my rig up. It's a '93 International 9600 just like what voyager posted. Except with air ride, it's blue/white. Of course there are some items here and there that are different as well. I love SA CO's... Imma pick up my new 53' drop deck this weekend, wash it and take some pics. Truck porn for all!!!

    (except the prudes who despise COE's):biggrin_25520:

    I still own an 89 International Eagle cabover with a 425 Cat with a 15sp. On the lookout for a certain 1976 K100 that I used to work on back in the 80s, when I was a mechanic. I heard it might still be around here, somewhere and would like to find and restore the old girl. I have an affinity for the old skillet-faced trucks that I just can't explain. Put a whole lot of miles on them.

    Hey. Thats Todd's coe. It is a nice ride, he did the work himself. I like his largecar 379 better tho. Still sweet ride, when he finishes the fuel tanks. HaHa

    Dig this old International Cab Over. This has got to be the most uninspired truck design that I have ever seen. I can see the conversation between the design chief and his boss now.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    *Boss walks in to Design Chiefs (DC) studio. DC is clearly busy*
    Boss: "Hey, Chief..."
    DC: "Waddaya want, I'm friggin busy, here!"
    Boss: "Hey, uh, the head suits want a tractor with the cab OVER the engine."
    DC: "WTF?! Ok, look, see the tractor over yonder..."
    *DC points to the standard tractor that just happens to be conveniently parked in his studio*
    DC: "Ok, we'll just pop the hood off this puppy, we'll lift the cab up over the engine and bolt 'er on down to the fenders. See? Cab over friggin' engine. Leave me alone; I'm busy."
    Boss:"Right then. But, ummm...."
    DC:"What?! What is it?"
    Boss:"The firewall on the cab; it's kinda ugly."
    DC:*as vein bulges from forehead* "OMG! Look, cut a couple of big holes in there, and stick some glass in it. Tell the suits that it's for solar winter foot warming. Go away."
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

    That said, though, the quirky looking thing does grow on you. I kinda like it.
