I am wondering what is the odds of actually getting hired by May Trucking Co.Does attending orientation pretty much mean that I am in?What do you think? Or should I keep applying at other companies? Thanks in advance!

Orientation is like an extended job interview/screening process.
You need to PASS orientation before being officially hired.

Well .. If you are in orientation, then yer pretty much set. But ya need to pass the driving and skills tests. Just take yer time and relax. The skills test is not based on time but skill. They don't care how long it takes ya to go thru the course/backing.
