Well it looks like I will not be coming to Maverick, was told they are only hiring for glass and TCD Here in Fort Worth. Neither of those interest me at all. They also said i live to far away for the Dedicated glass out of Wichita Falls. What a bummer.

Sorry to hear that. Flat freight has been slow out if there so they may not want to make it worse for drivers already living in that area.

thanks for the video link. Neat idea. Kinda like the citizens who record drug dealers and prostitutes and turn the recordings over to the police. Wish the truck cam video would tell the speed the driver who is recording it is traveling, the one's i watched all showed "0" Do the recorders post in here? or just post their recordings on utube?

It would be a neat idea if what he recorded was actual dangerous driving and very few cases did I see that. Like I showed in the two videos he complains about a driver doing the very same thing he does in another video. If he really focused on that instead of the lame stuff he's posting Id have some respect, however he intenionally causes situations by traveling slower than other traffic in the left lanes thereby impeding traffic.
No he dont post here, not anymore lol since he was apparently banned for creating an account solely to harass me. Theres safety then theres a guy like this trying to make something out of nothing. Does he have some videos of bad behavior? Yes but does he have enough to make him credible? Not by a long shot. I watched several just to be sure I wasnt getting the wrong impression and Im confident I didnt. His home page on youtube says it all "safety is what we say it is". Nuff said.

I actually have a truck cam on order that will catch everything I see out the windshield. It records to a memory card then loops back on its self recording over the oldest stuff first so that I have the last 8hrs on video. I think it will be very handy in an accident and it cost less than $200.

A buddy of mine just got one of those.... I am thinking of getting one myself.
A very good idea I think!

Just remember a dash cam can be a double-edged sword.

If I'd had a dashcam a few years ago when I got a ticket in Kentucky I could have fought it and won. Im not worried about my driving being filmed.
