Ohio should be a piece of cake once you make a few connections. Even without any there are far worse places to live trying to get started and make it home.

Well that is very good news. Is it possible to also keep a pretty regular schedule? Or are "good loads" picked up and delivered at all times of day and night?

Schedule is always set by the freight, all over the place. I get just as worn down turning 1,800 miles a week finding my own loads as I used to back in the day turning 4,500 mile weeks with a dispatcher keeping me rolling. Always things to check and double check when you're not behind the wheel. But really it's the only way to truck feels great having complete control of the operation.

@Brownsfan - As Rollin Coal stated about Ohio. You wont have an issue running inbound or outbound in that area. The hardest this I say you would have is establishing yourself as a great driver. Also; it really doesnt matter if you are reefer or dry wagon either.

I agree with all of the above. Get approved, and then prove yourself.
