my buddy works there ,- small but straight forward company. soon as i pay off my truck with current company, im going there,
they grossing 20+ cents per mile more. penny plus penny goes to the dollar

 

They're owned by Serbs and pinch Pennies. Plan to run some cheap freight and doing so illegally...

 

Horrible experience! My name is Mario, i have a driver working for me at Outrunner, 18 years in the military, a Truck instructor at Sneider and over the road trucker, phenomonal person and experience. Joe worked for Outrunner for a few weeks, i was told he was going over the road at 1.80 cents a mile, i was never given the contract after i asked for it a few times. Joe worked his butt off for 3 weeks. The first week he drove close to 5K miles, Joes check was a few hundred! We were given a check with no other detail informaion. NONE! No miles traveled, nothing, just a company check???? Then There clearly must of been a mistake i told them, my check shouldn't be a few hundred but a few thousand.., Outrunner said there was an accunting error. Second week the same thing, then the third. After 3 weeks i clearly cannot be putting money into the truck or diesel and i needed to get paid as my driver don't work for free. When i was in the office demanding answers, the owner Mike Karzan said my driver must of stole diesel, and gave me a shady company fuel printout which did not match my official gas station amount. I have the original document printout from the pump, but Outrunner did their own printout and added a few thousand more in diesel, so i simply asked for the fuel card bank statement to verify as this would clearly show the truth and i was denied the information!! I will be getting an attorney, i was respectful and simply asked for the truth and asked for the company fuel card sheet expense directly from the bank and the only thing i was given was a company printout which can easily be altered. Why would they not give me the results and so the matter can simply be solved... Why? Because they are liars and thieves. I will be having a lawsuit against this company, in the next room a driver which i don't know had the same problem!! Yes same problem!! He called them thieves and the owner just lauqhed. How can a company take advantage of you, let you drive for them, you make them thousands, and they don't pay you????? I will be filing a complaint with the DOT and also Attorney Generals Office. No idea how a company like this can be given a business license, i'm sure the Attorney General Office will see this type of behavior is stopped. I've been working for Outrunner for 8 months, everything is great there.
$1.8 was probably a gross figure, it is is not real to put this amount straight to your pocket. You would understand that if had more trucking experience or did more research and all this story wouldn't be that frustrating....
Outrunner doesn't babysit me but overall I make more money to compare with my prior two jobs that I had with major US carriers.
Goverment is overwhelmed with complaints like yours, I doubt they will respond....
Anyway, wish you good luck finding another carrier to work for....

I worked for this company last two years, retiring to South America in April. Out of 12 years in trucking this was the most pleasant environment to work in.
