Knight Transportation

What the problem is that drivers who decide they want to drive for a living does not know what they are getting into, This is a tough profession. I been with knight for over 5 years and never had a problem, I sat down with my DM and told him from day 1 i wont put up with any crap,I also told him with 37 years exp. I will know right away if your giving me crap and i wont put up with it, He agreed and i never had a problem, I live in Ohio and I am home every 14 days for 3 days, You guys with no experience need to know you have to pay your dues, ask and exp. driver out here. When you get 5 years behind you then you can call yourself experienced, It takes 3 out of 30 drivers that make it in this industry and all the ones that wine have no experience, GO FIGURE, Don't down your company because it will bite you in the ### later, trust me on that, I have done it, Did everything you rookies did and worse so i grew up man up and do your job, quit complaining at least your working in this screwed up economy you could be worse
