RT&T is a nice company, ran by family. I have two trucks leased on there, haven't had any issues. The people are very much willing to answer any questions that come up. If you're looking for an honest company to work for, RT&T would be well worth your consideration.

I can't say as to how they treat employees, but we occassionally haul a few broker loads for them. They are really greatpeople to work with in that regard. I thought there actual address was Galena,Il though.?

Former drivers know the truth: this littlefamily-fun business uses nasty tactics. Ex drivers say if they don't like you, they starve you out--put you at the end of the line for hauls. Ex-drivers--andthere are many-- know the real scoop. They say the "family" usesthreats like blackballing you on DAC, and other forms of intimidation andharassment to retaliate against you if the "family" doesn't like you.Take some personal time, medical leave, etc. and watch your halls shrink...oh,and don't dare file a complaint or legitimate lawsuit, although there are somany out there. That's why they've split their company into I think 7differently named businesses--they get sued so much, don't want the whole shipto sink. It's sad that all they think about is their fiefdom and don't feel fortheir own drivers and their families. Bunch of bullies!

You need to look at the most recent posts on these threads before going on too much of a rant. This post hasn't seen an update for nearly 5 years, probably falling on deaf ears if I had to guess.
The Challenger Thanks this. -
Yeh, I know. Stay away. It's all about how much $$ they can make off you. Do you know anyone who has driven for their Regional? Just ask them.
