anyone know where the low voltage sensor is located?? or how to bypass it?? mine must have just went out on me. I can pull into parking space, shut truck off, and plug in 100 watt inverter for computer and the low voltage alarm will go off within 30 seconds. so i unplug the inverter, and i can turn on sleeper light and same thing. I can then sit for 3-4 hours reading or whatever and the truck will fire right off, no low voltage. anyone replace one of these? if so how much$$$?
anyway to bypass low voltage sensor?

oh yeah, just for the hell of it, I replaced all the batteries yesterday so thats not the problem
Intothesunset Thanks this. -
Maybe you have a weak connection there someplace, check your voltage with a meter to see if that circiut is tdrawing to many amps on that leg.
-
the only problem there is that if I do test the circuit, there's no telling where the drain is coming from. I would have to test EVERYTHING that draws on 12 volts. The sensor goes off when i turn on the lights, plug in the inverter, ect. I did fiddle with the panel in the sleeper, and it has stopped going off. I'm thinking loose connection in there or the panel itself is either shorting out or something. Anyone know if this is where the low voltage sensor is???
WHERE ARE YOU PABLO????????????????????

hello.
yes, you can short low voltage protection relay, but next morning you may get all batteries low
For things, you want to be connected w/o voltage protection I'd advice you add one more lighter socet and use acc power wire fuse box is powered with! it is thick, 4 mm2 wire! usually red. But do not forget to add 25A fuse in socket circuit!KB3MMX Thanks this. -
I'm getting a fault code.... Mid 144 PSID 230 FMI 5 anyone know this one??
-
got it all figured out....loose wire
Intothesunset and KB3MMX Thank this. -
Gas pedal goes bad, get ready to change soon

Wow, I got the same codes today. I have 2006 Volvo 670, D12 volvo engine. I got MID 144, PSID 230, FMI 4 and 5. I could not start the engine at all.
Does it mean that gas pedal is bad? PLease help. Thanks. -
I got the same code on isx engine did you change the pedal or how did you fix it,and did it solve the problem ?because i read at another forum says it is also connected to turbo boost and oil pressure sensor also will effect on overall truck performance
