Yep, this is a new subject Mark. The first one was for a refund on an LTM purchase as at that time I didn't realize you get free LTM for a purchase & ordered before the promo ran out. You said you were going to try & get a refund for me. This issue is about trying to get the free LTM with purchase on the trade in promo. I sent the receipt, registered it through the dock, etc. I have also sent back the trade in unit.
The order number is : #200003751 dated 9/15/2012. BTW the unit is working great. Thanks again.

 

Thanks Mark.....Yes we did resolve the first issue. Have all my addresses & histories. I'm sure glad I didn't have to do it manually.

Mzrk, any updates on importing POIs into my 510? You sent my file off to Rand because it wouldn't import.

I am new here and am not very computer savvy.

My issue is: I cannot update my TND 700, apparently there is a problem with the USB ... can you let me know what the fix is, I rely on my GPS very much and need to get it working again.
