I don't like taking hwy 11 at the best of times, with the amount traffic that's going to be there I'm really not looking forward to it this week.

Hard to believe how much roadway was washed away the other day.

I always take 11. Winter time you never know what condition 17 will be in. 11 is a little longer to TO but also flatter. I prefer it.

Just came up from TO left on thursday. Not really heavy traffic, nothing really to report on it. There was plenty of parking available at Kapuskasing FJ thursday night and I arrived after dark at about 10 pm. Maybe half full at that time.

Personal preference I guess. In the winter I check the forecast but opt for 17 usually. When I go 11 it seems like Hearst to Nipigon is never ending :biggrin_2559:

It is nice starting your day by Klotz Lake in the summer though.

Several buddies are gone up and still up there to assist in damage control. I nearly had to head up with a buddy today with some sand for some #### going on up there.

I always prefer 17 wether it be a car or truck..11 is boring, long and slow to pass through.
