Ever try to get in the wrong truck?

well, i didnt get IN, but I have waked to up the wrong carhauler... gave the "thats not our load" look.. i think the dog knows his truck better than i do..

 

The only time i went to the wrong truck was at the TA in Savanna GA..Have a bad habit called sleep walking..Wandered out of my truck, walked around my truck a few times, thought i was going back towards my own truck and pulled on the handle of another. The door opened and the driver apparently told me I was at the wrong truck,,and that mine was parked next to his. I walked off and began a slow walk towards the exit,,again according to what this driver told me, he jumped out of his truck and ran after me cutting me off and giving me a gentle shake after he realized i was walking about in my sleep. I somewhat woke up not knowing where the heck I was and why i was walking around barefoot in my nightclothes. He told me your sleepwalking girl,,get back to your truck before you get run down..He made sure I made it back to my truck with no problems with some advice to seek a specialist on sleep disorders.
That was the only time Ive ever slept walked out of my truck thank god. At home its a constant problem.

 

I did a complete walk around, checked all the tires, brakes, lines.... then when I went to the door, i looked up and the driver asked me if everything looked ok! LOL. pretty embarrassing, but good thing he thought it was really funny.

 

One of the reasons we put a decoration on the nose of our truck... Do you know how many white Freightliners there are!!

 

I did it at our terminal AND I looked at the truck number...

Dyslexia is a bad thing... I am in 10798... I climbed in to 10789...

 

Now that's funny!

 

He thought it was funny because he didn't have to log the pre-trip! Just flagged it "performed by unknown driver".....

 

didnt get in the wrong truck. but once quite a few years back i was down in florida on the turnpike near miami and walked out the plaza and dang someone stolen my truck. freaked out for a few minutes then realized i had walked out the wrong door. DOH!!!

 

I tried..wouldn't unlock..then I happened to notice the Turn Indicator on the side of the truck was the wrong color.
Mine was Orange this one was clear.
