Central Refridgerated, followed distantly by Werner Enterprises. Strike CRST from your list completely, they only accepted you because they accept everybody!!! You have a pulse and a CDL, you qualify for CRST.

Central Ref. is a halfway decent company to start with, and a few drivers even stick around past their first year. Werner is a starter company plain and simple. Get a year in and run as fast as you can. CRST is pure crap, they will destroy any sense of enjoyment you may get out of your new career if they don't place your life in danger with either dangerous driving conditions or dangerous co-drivers. Read the threads about some of the CRST horror stories here and on RippoffReport.com.

Also, consider flatbed. Just because you are a student doesn't mean your stuck swinging doors for your first job. There are some very good training companies that haul flatbeds like Maverick, TMC, Boyd Bros., and PGT all of which have lower driver turnover rates than you find with most dry-van and reefer outfits.
