    Not just him. After all, there were many others involved.

    The ones that replaced him just went a long way to avoid any risk. But, far from perfect from what I have heard. Still happens.

    Community colleges in Illinois are starting to offer "refresher courses" so you can use their trucks for the state skills and road tests. At least that's what the instructor at my school told me...
