My '02 international with C15 engine does not have a boost gauge or a suspension load gauge. Can you fellas give me tip on how to install both of these. Thanks

Both of these are easy to do just simple air line hook ups. Use a bulkhead fitting to go through the firewall ( I think international should have spares in the firewall ). A hole saw will make holes for the gauges in the dash panel if you do not have holes already. Hook your boost gauge in one of the spare fittings on intake on the motor. The suspension load gauge just needs to be hooked into one of your airbag feed lines. This is all very easy just takes a little time to run and feed your airlines through.

Does it matter which side of the charge air cooler the boost line is attached? (before or aft)

There is probably an unused fitting right on the head you can use.
