Well my name is Cynthia, 25 yr old female starting in the trucking industry. Was going to do CR England, but thanks to the many guys in the forums, I chose elsewhere, so now I'm scheduled to begin Dec3 with Central Refridgerated. then after a week in Conley Ga, off to Utah. My reason for trucking is one that has a very long story. I already have knowledge on trucking, my husband has 7 yrs experience. I couldn't begin at his company, they only hire experienced drivers of so many years. If any of you guys have any advice or experience you would like to share, it is much appreciated. Thanks all!

There's a good reefer company in Cleveland, GA - Tribe Transport.
Central Refrigerated is a good company also.cyn1123 Thanks this. -
I've been getting such good feedback on Central, thank goodness. But every company has it "faults" no company is perfect I guess

You're right, no company is perfect. I also have read lots of good remarks on Central Refrigerated. You will do well there. I looked at Tribe Transport website & wow, beautiful equipment, 2013 Petes with APU's. You made a wise choice going with a refrigerated company, much more annual pay than with dry box. Best wishes to you and hubby!cyn1123 Thanks this.

Thanks a lot! Husband runs refridgerated with Kennesaw Trans. I already know good bit on reefers dpi figured might as well start with refridgerated company

thank you for the article, i think i am going to stick with Cental, i have read more positive and very little negative. there will always be harassment in the workplace, its sad but unfortunately it does happen
my first choice was CR England. i chose them at first because they are the first one's that had called me, but thanks to the men of this awesome forum and telling me there experiences and showing me articles, i declined England. 100% of everything i read was negative of England, i am sure there are good parts of the company, but its not for me at the moment being a newbie. thank you again Chino74r i appreciate it
