Well, it appears that Joe has "left the building." I sent him a PM of encouragement, but haven't heard back. Guess we hurt his feelings and he got mad and went home.

Chances are if you do, and the police look at the video, they will see that you were 'was' pushed' out of your lane by another vehicle encroaching your lane, thus since you had no where to go,other than the shoulder, you ended up hitting a abandon car.

Best investment i made since i started driving truck, $149.00 for a dash camera.

 

Dash cam can not look down the side of your truck...lol. Wasted money. Law is, you leave your lane...you are at fault. Also called "failure to control". See them all the time on our Driver Safety Review Board. 80% of all dash cam videos that come to the board end up" Preventable".
