Do us all a favor and show the training department your picture. The company has a written policy concerning hand held devices. We need to get this joker out of the fleet.
skyviper73, Newtrucker83 and Bigdubber Thank this. -
He looks like a future Werner driver to me.
Newtrucker83 Thanks this. -
Jax im sorry about your experience thus far. I too had to wait four days for a trainer. I finished on the 12th in Appleton and went out two days ago. Roehl rented a car for me and 3 others to get to Gary so we could get trainers sooner. The wait was well worth it for me because my trainer is awesome. He explains everything. In 3 days Roehl will be putting me in another hotel to wait for my second trainer because this one is going on home time. I told them I didnt mind waiting so im cook with it. I think we have both made the right decisions on company selects. Hang in there. If I was you, I would tell them everything before you test. That way if you fail they may give you another chance with a real trainer. Good luck! Let us know what kind of truck you get. I think I might have to test there.

The saga continued today, the Ellenwood terminal didn't want to test me out due to only being with my trainer for 7 days. They told me we would go practice backing, but since I whipped it right in the hole, a guy named Frank made a call and they decided to let me test. I finally pass everything and I am part of the fleet! Although, Ellenwood doesn't have anyway to get me a flatbed truck, but this is the last of worries as I am now a drive for Roehl transport! Oh, and I turned in my trainer; I doubt he will be working for Roehl much longer.
Sweet-Sally, technoroom, coopnp and 4 others Thank this. -
They might give you a van truck with a van load to gary to get your truck haha

Franks awesome, and one of my best friends took you to the hotel last night. Good ol' boy from south GA. He started telling me about it and I knew most of it. Congrats, maybe they'll just get u home and you can go to Gary for a truck instead of the long way. Good thing on reporting him, this is far beyond just telling on him. Like everyone said he's dangerous and not safe. My friend said he didn't want to go to truck stops bc he didn't want to back? (Face palm) If that's true he would've got the two finger salute and took him to the tightest pilot I could find.

#### him. dont worry about getting him fired. he didnt care about training u propely which could lead you to making a mistake or not passing the test. Glad u reported him. sleep well tonight that you did 100 percent right.skyviper73 and cheflee Thank this.

I am home waiting to be assigned a trainer now, I hope he is gone before I go out.
