    Was it important you be home for turkey day? I usually let my fm know if a holiday is ok to miss. Sometimes they have loads but dont give you one because they cant guarantee you get home if you take it.

    Yeah, I wanted to be home for Thanksgiving. I know what your saying about not be able to get back in time. There were two drivers from MO where I got empty, they got a load out of there so...I figured that it was better to just head home. I did tell my FM that if he needed me to run something before Thursday to call me.

    Got sent to mt jewett pa for a load going to elkhart in. 179 mile deadhead. driving through the national Forrest at night was neat

    My FM quit so now I'm abandon and floating boards till they find a replacement. Got a bad feeling about this one, I could be wrong like that one time back in the '70s ...
