average on mine is 65 cpm to drive down the road, reasonable for a minimum 1.95. IMHO/

Billerd Thanks this. -
How is your cost only .70

Curious to know what you guys include in your CPM. Personally I included insurance, loadboards, fuel and expenses so much per mile for maint, and all yearly expenses dealing with registration and Authority.
Mommas_money_maker and SHC Thank this. -

My cost to operate ranges between $1.25 and $1.30 a mile for everything to do with the operation right down to office supplys so i will take no load less than $2 a mile. 98% are $2.50 a mile and up. Looking to allways be over $2 a mile for all miles driven.
NWMAXI, Mattchu, rodknocker and 3 others Thank this. -
Depends how heavy is it,where is it going to,is it short or long run,etc..

Everyone seems to base it off per mile; does anyone do as I do and base it off per day??
I never know how many miles I will turn a week or month.
