If you could include the year, make, model and engine in your truck in your answer, that'd be awesome.

Im working on a project and this info will be very helpful. (and has the potential of benefitting you.

2009 kw w900L, cat motor, it will set cruise at idle to whatever rpm you want. If you push on the fuel it will increase fuel and when you let off it will continue at whatever rpm cruise is set to. Hit brake or clutch and it cancels cruise as normal.

'09 Mack CXU Mack MP8 engine, it'll idle for 15 minutes between 600 and 800 then go into idle shutdown mode (company programmed) if I blip the throttle, it'll cancel the warning and idle till it runs out of fuel. IF I high idle it, samething, 15 minutes then shutdown warning, if I blip the throttle it will cancel and idle all day.
