Yeah. Whenever I'm coming back from the east coast I go up that way, much less of a wait to get through, and if they do decide you are getting X-ray or whatever the service is always prompt, get it done and get out of there. They are really cool up there. Fort Erie is generally backed way up all the time. The tolls are actually about $5 less to go up to Queenston.

Really sounds like if everyone quit delivering to Canada there would be a problem and then maybe they wouldn't be so grumpy.

I've been crossing at sweet grass mt. Almost every other day for the past month and a half. I have never had any issues with the Canadians or the US customs. When there are no problems with paperwork I have never been more than a few minutes or even been inspected. I go in happy, professional, and willing to help.
Ive seen guys throw an attitude and they get messed with every single time. It's the same thing with DOT, police, really anyone you deal with on a professional level, treat them like crap and what do you expect?

It's been awhile since I've been to Canada. They will get on to your butt. I think nowadys your supposed to pull over somewhere and get in touch with your broker. He sets it all up for you. I got in trouble once for not having the time on my paperwork. They don't like us and they show it.

    LodiKen Thanks this.
