    New to the Forum and I hope to make alot of new friends on this site. I am Rob AKA oryxman...I live in Las Cruces,NM and am looking into going to work for Conway..

    Well, I called conway and they said they could not help me out because I dont have 3 to 6 months experience OTR. They make it sound like you dont need any over the road experience... Kinda bummed
