2009 peterbilt 386 "regen" problems

    Ive had a regen problem with this truck. Star keeps sending me to cat dealers but the 1 i went to messed something up the computer on the truck. So i took it back to morton where i had to get my quallcom fixed anyways so they sent me to CIT or kenworth morton and they did a ashburn. Well here i am today had to relay a 1,000 mile load to denton texas and got a load heading back east. I dont know what to do i start the "regen" and after 20 minutes it stops then check engine light comes on so i turn truck off for 1 hour and try it again but still no dice any clues or suggestions?

    sitting at motel while mine is being replaces. the spark plug went out i think and let the system clog up to shut down stage. I am told it is an all day fix so I will be here a while being they can't start till tuesday

    the cat crs systems are hard to diag. with out looking at the data. There is new software for regen performance. It could be the ARD head plugged up causing it to loose combustion.

    Ard head cost about $1100.they tend to clog up very easy if the ratio air fuel is not correct .or if you have some kind of debri in fuel or blockage in fuel line. Keep in your mind to check every thing before you go to those butchers
