LOL. It is tough though without experience. I feel a little like I won the lottery. Suprisingly they are still hiring, local and otr drivers if anyone in the area is looking.

Experience is something you never have until after you need it.
Hang in there, there is a place for you in trucking. Finding it can be a chore. -
Well, what I was trying to say is most local companies I checked require at least 3 years verifiable experience before they will even accept an application. That's why it's tough for a newer driver to get in. I'm pretty sure I found my place, or at least a place for a while.

Just curious does Imler's hire drivers that live out of state? I live in NC and have 15 years experience and am trying to transition form o/o back to company driver. I am being very selective at this point in my career so I am looking for small fleets or private carriers. I have an app in with CDJ Bulk Express but I open to anything that will better my career. Sheetz is building a warehouse right here in the town I live in (Burlington NC) and I will be applying with them as soon as they start accepting apps unless I find the right job before then. But yeah just wondering about Imler's... Thanks and congrats on landing the right job...
