Hey,There is a company out of washington that is so bad they charge you to work for them. They will tell you they don't run illegal but after you get your assigned unit it is on like donkey kong. Starting pay is very below average The owner is and old out law that doesn't want to conform. When you run and they get your logs, they audit your logs before they will pay you. After every run and make you correct your logs so they keep there rating with the feds. They even have the best deal for all you drivers that like to lie on your logs . This is the best one yet . They have 65mph trucks but you are told that you can log 67 mph in the states that are above 65 mph just so you can run a few mores hours on your log . This is called falsification of logs and is punishable with a fine to the company and driver per offence! Just so if the owner of this company see this i'm ready to take this to the next level and in no way i'm I affraid of you or the D.O.T. This is a freedom of speech country and people need to know about people who think they are above the law.. And outlaws like your self should be made accountable for your actions. Oh and by the way you pay cargo liabelity insurance and since when is it that you think drivers after telling you of why something happened which could have caused you even more and possibly killed innocent people their lives you make a good driver pay the kind of money that you charged the driver you are very miss informed as how to treat your drivers that is why you can't keep good drivers in your employ. the word is out and I can only hope that someday before you have nothing you get it thru your thick head and bullheadedness that you are not god. You as an owner of a company need to be taught a lesson in how to treat people. Which is about to happen The state of Washington D.O.T. is going to be informed as how the drivers work there logs to get passed into the state it is time for them to be told how the books are managed. Floyd Blinsky Trucking this is for you !!!!!!!

Freedom of speech protects you from the government. Not from the company suing you for libel...

Well they are wrong for doing the things to the drivers and if they think they are going to benifit from suing me then it is what it is. narrow minded people are just what they are .

perfect defense against a libel suit is being able to defend the truth of your statements. but the whole "word is out" thing...."a company out there" ? you are helping no one but yourself (venting) when you leave the name of the company secret. is a disservice to other drivers here to waste their time reading your personal venting and gaining no knowledge in the process.

There is no such thing as freedom of speech or anything unless it gets approved by the government and in many cases gets approved by the company you're driving for.

Well then there is no brotherhood in this line of work either and that is what we drivers have done to our selfs so dog eat dog is the better way of putting it so much for this line of work enjoy the holidays and I'll take my coments else where like to the people on the street and tell them how the drivers treat each other on the the road . See how that works for all the drivers that pride themselfs on how we look in the publics eye. All we do for this country and to industry and that is how we treat one another with snid remarks. This country has no backbone anymore all people do is cut each other down sick world we live in.

you are right, theres the company name right there on the bottom, apparently right in my blind spot. so sorry for not seeing it, and more so if i came across as snide. really tried not to be, but even me reading it over again...i get snide out of it too. wasnt intentional, and just my two cents...i read pattyj as snide toward the big brother government we have today rather than toward you. sorry again, and sorry that after so much time in trucking that you had to deal with the obviously lovely floyd.
