My names Josh, Im from Las Vegas, NV and i am attending my CDL school, and due to graduate on the 9th of October.
I have browsing through all of the W/S threads for about a month now and I can honestly say that I am very happy with what i have heard about W/S from all of you. I know i am still a little over two weeks out until I get to Missoula for my 10 day, but i wanted to start the thread to see if anyone else will is on here scheduled for this date of orientation.
Also, if i had any last minute questions i cant find hopefully ya'll could help me!

Thanks again for everyones input on helping me decide to go with W/S!!

-Also i will be providing a day by day update when i get to my orientation, seeing how much it helped me, im only sure it can help even the future drivers as things do change over time even if minorly.

    -Josh

There used to be a lot of good threads by people going thru the orientation, but it's slowed down a little in here. You can look at some threads from late 2010 thru 2011 and should find some good info. My thread was probably a little leaner than some. Look for another thread by CAGEtrucker. He's a good friend I met while he was at orientation and I came thru the terminal. We both have moved on from driving, but remain good friends to this day. Also Lynchmob. He's another good friend from WS. He is still driving, just finished his training for his dream driving job, hauling cars. You can find a lot of very good videos by him on YouTube. Search for 1776 Filmz (with a Z, not S).

You will enjoy this company. They treat drivers pretty fairly for a starter company. Good luck, and ask questions away. Most all of us will be happy to answer any you have.

Well holy cow, orientation went by so fast and it was a blast. It was so fun and always had something to do, so much so that I didn't get to give a daily update on here. Long story short, I received ky truck straight out of Missoula and have been going ever since. I love it and don't regret anything. I'm in 1990 if anyone sees me come say hi ! -Josh

Hey Josh, met you today at SFS, didn't realize you were vegastrucker until after I left. Anyhow, good luck out on the road and be safe, if you have any questions feel free to message me.
