Roehl Trainers Check- in/ New Roehl Drivers Check-in

This sucks roehl turned me down today because I didemt answer the survey correctly. They were my top company! I got a squeaky clean record! No wrecks in 4 years and I've got a passport and hazmat. I know I'm fresh outta school but man it sucks that I'm cut because of the survey..... I thought I'd look really good by there standards.... Oh we'll guess I better put in a bunch of apps

It's a survey they have you take right after your prehire letter. And it's kinda strange to. It's not your average survey. It's like they give you 2 statements and they make you pick which one best describes you.... Or which one seems more important. It tripped me up bad... I assumed there were not any wrong answers because each answer to me seemed to have the exact same importance of the other..... Anyways I'm just down in the dumps right now. I was really wanting roehl as my first company real bad.

 

Its the pre hire survey that is sent via a internet link. The survey basically wants you to be friendly / put the customer first.

I left a message Sunday to put in for a trainer. I get a call this morning asking if I had any questions or what I needed. I tell her I have no questions and I'm thinking to myself I just want a trainer. I get a call this evening that from my trainer that he will pick me up tomorrow at the Oak Creek drop yard. That was really quick, I really thought I would be waiting a couple of weeks.

 

Sorry man that stinks.

Flat or Van? I'm training again and I'm hoping to get one student before Christmas break.

My trainer is Van but my pre hire is for refrigerated.

 

The hell is that? Lol you were a week behind me in class an I'm still sitting at home getting very broke! Lol congrats but itan good luck but it still sucks lol

Yeah I don't know how I got a trainer this quick. I really thought I would be waiting a week or more. I kind of needed to stay home for a while so I could help my mom at her business. Oh well nothing I can do.
