I spent the weekend at the Galloway in NLR. Picked up a different truck.....(I am not at liberty to discuss it). This truck is a 2012 with the DD 13....jury is still out on that but so far she pulls ok.

You don't have far to go at all. As a matter of fact you are there and don't even realize it. You are humble, honest, responsible and caring. Those trates take years to develop, the blind side back in just takes a little practice and sometimes a few safety points, LOL

Chin up and carry on vhughs!

Do any of you have any secret to stay in shape. I had a lumber load dropped it off then picked up some skidded coils and had to stop for a sec cause I was about to die. Then 2nd tarp job did me it. Bit before I even finished chaining it down an older guy (had to be in his 50s or 60s) pulled up beside me and was done even before i got my first tarp on. I just needed so advice or something. Anything is better than what I'm doing....thanks

Speed will come with time....concentrate on proper securement now. Sometimes it takes a good couple of hours to secure and tarp. Slow is usually safer......as Sarge says "You speed, you bleed"

If you watch that "old guy" you will notice he completes everything on one side of the trailer then goes to the other. You on the other hand (and all newbies) go from side to side back to the rack a million times. I know, I did it to. It will come to you grasshopper, in time.

UHH.... YEAH!.... Ya think he lost his job? Dumbie dumb-dum-dum parks in the National HQ like that. Geez. :biggrin_25513:
Never never never do that period, not just when going to park in NLR either. Like Dan said, don't be like him, those guys don't last long here.
