No up front cost, money to live off is all you need for the first 2 weeks is what they say, depending on your situation try to have enough for 3 or more. They have 4 different places you can start, GA, CA, CO but you will end up going to Salt Lake City,UT to get permit and license.
I have 60 hrs left in training and still believe I made the correct choice.

Just make sure you are looking at the big picture and not just the short term.

What is CRS? Is it related to CRE? If so, stay far away!!!

crs is Central Refrigerated Services, they are in no way related to CRE (though they do have a location in Salt Lake, with Swift, Prime and all the other larger companies). Have been out here on my own for almost a month and still have nothing bad to say. Still company driver and getting well over 2,500+ a week. IF, not having the money or other means to get your CDL, they seem to be one of the better ones to start with, just remember: you get out what you put in.
