SNI not really a bad company or poor choice at all. They're huge dry van company for sure. Starting pay is the same, governed nearly the same. Freight base way huge though. Training I think too is good as well. Roehls a good company as well and hard to argue which of the two is better or not. Best of luck to you.

After reading all the posts this morning about waiting to go to orientation, I decided to email my recruiter. I was told maybe second week in January. (Roehl)
-
On Nov. 29th , after confirming my rescheduled start date to Dec. 31st, my recruiter told me they were about to begin scheduling the Jan. 7th orientation. I assume the 3 week break on hiring caused a backlog in orientation start dates. I'm curious what dates folks just getting started in the process are being told?DaytonaDoug Thanks this.

The way it was is explained to me, was that Roehl always takes this break in training because of the Holidays, with trainers/drivers wanting to be home with their families and what not. So nothing to be alarmed about after the 1st of the year it will be back to full speed again
DaytonaDoug and Nottoway Thank this. -
I will be testing out in Ellenwood, GA tomorrow.

I would say good luck, but really luck has nothing to do with. Go for it, kick butt...that's better!

I should be fine. I really haven't read to much of my drg though. I've read 3 chapters.

-

-
