I live in Ohio and go by a lot of wal-marts and have not seen any signs at any wal-marts saying theres no tractor trailer parking allowed. And you can park overnight and if they won't want you there, they can ask you to move. They won't just send a wrecker to come and pick up the truck while you are sleeping in it. They have to ask you to move first. There are wal-marts all around where I live that not only allow you to park there, but allow you to park it there for several days on end. I use to park my truck at my local wal-mart along with several other drivers for days on end and never once have I seen any trucks get a fine, or towed.
