As far your mvr, tell them everything up front. Don't hide anything. They will send you home for lying or hiding stuff.

 

Having to wait even longer now, upper guys still haven't reviewed my criminal history. (recruiter says shouldn't be a problem working with my history).

Sounds good. I almost gave you a call today to check in. My DOT physical (Indiana requirement to apply for/obtain Class A CDL Permit) is scheduled for this coming Monday first thing in the a.m. I'll be taking the CDL Permit Exam on Tuesday or Wednesday because the BMV here is closed on Monday. I have to update my physical address on my driver's license as well while I'm there. Talk to you tomorrow.

 

I have just in the last month received my CDL permit and should be getting scheduled to start training with Prime in January. I had to get my medical card prior to testing for the permit. Do I have to go thru the physical again and pay for it?

Due to insurance reasons you will have to retake physical and doubt you'll have to pay for it.

As a non-CDL holder, he'll have to pay for the physical here - they're not employees. Just like ANY other driving school.
