As a brother man who has ancestors from the mother land. AT's comment was not racist. Gee's folks need to chill with their sensitivity and man up.

 

You can "man up" all you want. I could quote COUNTLESS remarks he has made that dwarf his last one.

I didnt report the post; I just quoted him. The mod's saw it and took action on their own.

Please do losttrucker. Labeling a person as racist is pretty strong. How about some proof??? I've read some posts that could be taken offensively, but I haven't seen anything I would call racist... so by all means, show proof so I can make an informed decision like you seem to have done.

I've said twice now; I DID NOT REPORT HIS POST! A MOD SAW IT AND TOOK ACTION! I was also warned about quoting it and changing his name in my quote!

 

The comments made after ************ were very derogatory; Such as the guy can't back a trailer to save his life. It is context so you never know how it's actually meant to be said, but let's be honest AT is a young guy that does act like he knows about all there is to be known in trucking and the way he comes across does offend some people, and hopefully one day he will tone himself down a bit. You can tell in his posts that he takes joy in getting under peoples skin, not only on here but at work as well, there comes a time to mature so hopefully this might be the time.

Knowing the history behind that term , yes it's a negative term. Goes back a long ways. Want to not step on any toes and be careful in wording here. Think of the old slave days , and one who's work was in the owners house. A slave in that task was looked badly by the other slaves as well ! Because his work was not as backbreaking . If I have hurt anyone's feelings I truly am sorry. But think it was important for people to understand why this term or worse can be hurtful ! I know some people have started using that term as slang . But not correct! Boil it down almost like term house N word . Hope this has helped , and not caused harm.

Should be pretty obvious to anyone that using the word "h******" along with negative comments was his way of using the n-word without actually using it.

Please don't try to justify his comment. We all know what he meant.
