    Congratulations Bill.

From following your posts the past few years and watching you grow your business, I must say I'm not too surprised with the F2F nomination.

I hope you win, and while I'm at it, hope you and your family (O/O's included) have a Merry Christmas and Mucho Prosperity for 2013.

congrats to all at Farm2Fleet. I'm not leased to Farm2Fleet, but as a new owner-operator I've also been picking Bill's brain from time to time. Even though I'm sure he's crazy busy, he's taken the time to give me some advice that has been helpful. I think that says alot that when they say they want to help owner-operator's be successful they mean it. (Okay, now Bill's head probably swelled up like a zephyr, better quit with the compliments for awhile) lol

OK all, today in my interview day. Very interesting how perception changes. When this started I thought it was something for marketing. Now having gone through the process I see it is pretty straight. Plus just going through the process I have learned things that will help me make my business better for all of our drivers.

I have to start, we won a national safety award from our insurance company. In our peer group we had no-fault accidents and the lowest loss rate at less than $1,500 (and $500 was towing charges). :occasion7::smt041:occasion7::smt041

On the interview side, 1/2 hour call took 2 1/2 hours. Not sure that we will be able to fit into the system they have but we are deferentially got some attention. There is going to be some interesting press on F2F in January and hope to be able to post for all to read.

From a business side, we are looking to add a least 10 drivers in January.

And to think how we viewed it several weeks ago as some sort of mega carrier deal where they pat themselves on the back every year. Turned into something great business wise for the company. Another one of those things we never saw coming, like it just falls in our way or something and we roll with it. Weird thinking back to how so many little innocuous things like this came our way. Sylectus fell out of the sky too pretty much lol.
