I have to start, we won a national safety award from our insurance company. In our peer group we had no-fault accidents and the lowest loss rate at less than $1,500 (and $500 was towing charges).

On the interview side, 1/2 hour call took 2 1/2 hours. Not sure that we will be able to fit into the system they have but we are deferentially got some attention. There is going to be some interesting press on F2F in January and hope to be able to post for all to read.
