Any decent companies?

    Ok, I have been playing around on here searching for a decent company that understand who their most valuable resource is. I'm a little lost for words and sometimes even in disbelief of what some of these drivers say. Sometimes it's not the companies, it really might just be YOU! Off the top o my head I can't think of a company that isn't posted on the "BAD" forum. So hopefully someone that has some kind of honesty an integrity is on here can shed some light on a good company that hired out of TN!

    I know of a decent small company out of Nashville that runs old school, no benefits, but good miles and cpm, 3000 + every week and only work 1 weekend a month PM me and I will give you their info

    Most of the companies that have bad reviews are usually very strict outfits with more rules than the DOT drivers handbook.

    If your looking for a company that lets the driver call the shots...then maybe you should ask yourself the bigger question. Am I ready to go O/O...with your own authority! If the answer is no, then accept what is often the answer to where is the perfect job....that's the job the other guy has and he's not giving you his seat! I'm talking about the good ole boy story about a hand who works m-f never has to drive nights, home every weekend and makes a cool chunk of change. He's married with 3 rug rats...a 4 bedroom house on a ranch in Texas and a garage for his Big Truck!
