I'm gonna move to the Pilot in North Stovington today, that will only leave me about an hour drive to final the day after Christmas. I don't really need a 34 anyway. Plus I think I'll go crazy just sitting here all day. I can use up about 4 hours of the day heading over there. Now to check if the weather is going to cooperate. 36 out and overcast, all the snow melted off the pavement anyway. Looks like the road should be clear for today at least along my line of travel.

You're not going to Taunton by any chance are you?

If any drivers are going to be in Ohio next 36 hours there is going to be freezing rain in Cincinnati area and heavy snow from north of Cincinnati through columbus ( 6 to 8 inches ) and 30 mph winds. It's really flat in these areas so be safe.

Two questions. What iPhone apps/software do you alliance use to track IFTA, reimbursement expenses, taxable write off expenses? Also I have Weather.com, Accuweather, and weather bug apps. All good apps but is there something that any of you know of that I can plug in my location and destination and get travel weather for in between.

Merry Christmas and a happy New Year to all of you in the Stevens Clan. I hope you all have a prosperous New Year.
Dryver and TRKRSHONEY Thank this. -
Sounds typical. We always get detention pay out of Landover. We used to run to Landover about every 10 days. Hope you have a good dinner at Denny's, our last 4 Christmas dinners have been turkey subs from Subway.KMac Thanks this.

If you are refering to Stevens pay, you will be below $100k for many years unless you go Alliance and count your gross before all of your expenses. As a company driver the $30-40,000 is still on the high side in most cases.
Not long ago I posted my earning in this thread as a company driver. Search for it and there is the proof.
That being said, if you can go with little pay for a year, Stevens is a great training company. After a year, move on to a better paying job. Thats what most of us do/did. -
With that being said, it really depends on the individual. And from what I've seen Mr Chuck's out look is a bit skewed from his own personal experience.

Show me one thing in my post that wasnt the truth.
