Good luck! I'm scheduled for the 15th, but I might have to move it to the 22nd.

I could have chose to go out there on the 15th, but opted for the 22nd for a little more study time for the permit before I get out there.

You disclosed everything in your employment history including the long break between jobs, yes?

    Got another question.

I've got a lazy eye, do I need a form signed by the eye doctor stating that I'm physically able to operate a commercial vehicle to obtain a permit since I may intend to wait till I get out there to save a little money.

If there's a question about it and you don't have an existing relationship with an eye doctor, you may be sent home. Having been examined and cleared up front may be good insurance...

Yeah I'm considering going ahead and setting up an appt for that form since I had to do the same for my regular class d beginners permit.

Mainly I can't pass a vision test with my left eye but the right eye is perfect (glasses required to operate a vehicle).

Got a friend of mine who works in an eye doctor office to do a quick check of my vision, 20/40 required according to my recruiter and unfortunately my lazy eye is reading 20/60 :/

But thinking why I would need the doctor to fill the form out if I'm going to need to be tested for 20/40 in MO anyway.

Oh well back to the drawing board.
