If you go to Hurricane you will not be paid and short paid when you are. Read the threads on here. They are the absolute worst of the worst. If you go there, after reading everything and looking up other stuff, you are a fool. That's not making fun, that's how it is. Do not go to hurricane.

typical truck driver who has never worked for the company they do not short pay you its the fact you are ran like a true O/O who has to pay for everything fact is it seperates the men from the boys

lost heart works in the office there. I worked for the sheisters. 5200 miles in one week. I got a $54 paycheck. If you tell them you are out of hours, they will tell you how you can get some back. They won't advance you money. They ran me out of money paying tolls, then told me to call a family member to wire me some money. I have been highly successful with lease purchases. Kaedon (the owner) actually called the safety department of the company that I went to and told their safety guy I stole their truck. I had a release from the mechanic saying it was turned in with no damage. They are scammers. Consider yourself warned.

I don't know driver. If me going broke by getting repeatedly screwed by my employer at every opportunity they have constitutes me "being a man",then I'm positive I'd rather be a 50 year old "boy" (with some cash in my pocket) working for a reputable company. But that's just me.....

Do the drivers get reimbursed? I'd sure hope so.

I talked to a few of their drivers in the past who confirmed they made more leasing at swift and other big carrriers and had more freedom. Just me I wouldnt attempt to work for them. They keep spamming up craigslist in springfield,mo and I just keep flagging them.
The last driver I spoke with told me that you sit out in their truck with no money and the company told them it was their problem. I bought dinner for him and talked for a long time and last this driver called me he had since left and not been paid and they threatened him with abandonment.
