If you leave company you can take it with you. It's $129.00. Pay for it keep it. Never let your company keep anything other than your medical card.

 

I don't believe a company can take it back from you. It is a federal ID. But, it is worth getting.

Having the TWIC will save you from spending a lot of time waiting to be escorted within the facilities.
