    Yeah, I'd guess that the 4 wheeler wasn't traveling at or below the posted speed limit.

    actually I was surprised by the comments, one person said something dumb about truck drivers and ten others jumped on him for it. My faith in humanity as been bumped up ever so slightly.

    I haven't found any updates on this accident, but I do have to say that I respect those individuals for sticking up for truck drivers. You guys often get blamed more often then what you really should.

    Looks like it was a Swift truck had broken down and was on the shoulder, and it appears from the video that he did have his flashers on and had his triangles out as well.
