Guessing he's got more important crap to do than to worry about a Wal Mart in Eaton, OH. What is the next level then?

He's telling the truth. I parked at that Walmart, today came out to.find my truck gone and a gladhand lying on the ground where I parked. I called the US Marshalls and dominoes pizza. No US marshalls yet but I loves me some pepperoni and mushrooms!

Here is photo the sign. This sign is located at two of the entrances to Wal-Mart. One enterance is off St Rt 127 and other is off Washington Jackson Road. 100_2598.jpg Sorry the photo wasn't any better. That towing service is located about a 1/2 mile away from Wal-Mart. But I don't know he tows to, cause the address he has for his business is a residental address.

Seems like they don't allow ANY semi's in their parking lot other than the ones hitting their docks. The second sign states $500 for towing of anything over 5 tons so you got you a heck of a deal with the $250 they charged ya. End of story.

I always call ahead and ask one of the store managers, if I'm getting my husbands perscriptions filled I let them know that and that we will be shopping. I've had them tell me that their is no parking, BUT if we pulled in by the docks and did not block them, that would be ok to shop.

Alot of the older "mall" type wally worlds only lease the land and the land owner may not want semi's their. Of course their are the ones that have delt with to many nasty drivers and just dont want to do so any longer. And city laws.

Both wal-marts I worked at had no problem with semi drivers, it tended to be the RV's we had problems with. The only time my store managers would say anything was Black friday and the week before Christmas.

BY THE WAY ----WE WERE NOT TOWED....we were disabled within 5 minutes....you cannot be towed when your glad hand is removed unless forcefully fisconected and drive shaft dropped!!! YOU ARE HELD HOSTAGE in that truck for ransom (money) to get your part back)....!!!!
SOOO...if you wanna buy something at that Walmart( let it be medical supply) and you happen to drive the rig (BUT NOT DELIVERING to WALMART or being WALMART TRUCK ===unauthorized) ....you cannot stop for any time or park to do your shopping!!! or be towed!!! Bravo for democratic republic of America at the State of Ohio!!! STORE such Walmart is NOT a completely private property (is privately owned) but OWNED PRIVATE PROPERTY WITH Undiscriminated PUBLIC ACCESS!!!! THAT IS THE BASED OF ITS license!!! This is violation of the licence as store because it excludes certain customers (discriminates)....like over 5 ton. vehicle drivers!!!! based on the type of the vehicle they drive....and THIS WALMART DOES NOT HAVE any DESIGNATED spaces to park/shop (anywhere at that property). We will see what Attorney General of Ohio says about all this and what the Governor will have to say about it.
    Thanks ONETWIN for the photo...
Stay tuned...we will see where this will go....but in our opinion it is discrimination based on type of vehicle driven!!! O by the way....most RVS are over 5 tons gross!!!!

    I can't wait!

I hope you have thick skin as you will be laughed out of the court room by the judge UNLESS you come up with a better reason than "but in our opinion it is discrimination based on type of vehicle driven".

It's private property that was adequately and legally signed. If they don't want trucks there that's their business. Pointing out RV's there won't win the fight in court either. That's like pointing out other speeders when the cop's writing you a ticket.
