Can anyone tell me what the Roehl survey/assessment is used for? I am a new hire. I will be starting orientation on Jan 7 2013.

Its some new thing because I never did one. I think they use to see if you are good fit for the company by your responses. If you already got an orientation date you must have met Roehl's standards. I have read on here people were denied employment at Roehl because of how they reponded.

I did it as part of my online application. There were questions with two right answers...best answer wins I guess. Its one of those secret psychology tests. I apparently passed it too. There were some other posts about it in another thread.

If you are set for Orientation, you already passed it. What it's used for? Only they know. It probably screens for a certain type of temperament that Roehl believes will bode well for all concerned.

Sometimes those tests will have the same question asked 2 times in a different way. They check to see if you give the same answer to both. It's like an integrity test. That may be what the Roehl test is.

When I took it I thought the emphasis in the company was on safety being number one. With that in mind I always put safety first in the answer. I got the prehire but have no idea if I am right.
