Really good to know! My wife will be happy to hear this. Hopefully I get paired up with a trainer from around here.

If you're from the PNW, you'll get a Florida trainer. Happens every time! :biggrin_25525:

Emulsified...you seem like one of the best sources to get good information. What are the routes like into Houtson, Corpus Christi - TX and then also Bismarck/Minot - ND... Thanks

Houston, Laredo and that area are very active lanes. Lot's of freight. We move a lot up and down I-35 from DFW to Laredo. Then another busy lane is I-45 from DFW to Houston. 10,20, 30 and 40 across Texas are major thru fares.

Getting to Minot or Bismark is slightly easier than getting congress to balance the budget.

Thanks for the quick reply. Good news about the Texas routes...Maybe I'll get lucky and the congress will balance the budget (yeah, right)

Have a few questions relating to Stevens routing and pay. Soon to be newbee is wondering about cpm rates 6 -12 months for otr and regional solo. Are they HHG or practical? Would anyone no if they route alot of trucks through/near fort wayne,IN (I-69) or Lima, OH (I-75) and what their parking policy is, as it relates to these two locations? The website is very vague but indicates average bonus pay scale.
    Thanks for any info.

Well I was told that Ohio is a major freight lane for Stevens. Not sure about Fort Wayne area. Would think so since it is not that far from Chicago. As far as parking goes, Stevens wants a secured area. They have drop lots all over the place. Woudn't hurt to ask Stevens either, I am sure they could help.

You'll have no trouble getting home to Indiana or Ohio. I have delivered and picked up in Napoleon.

We run a zillion trucks thru Indiana and Ohio. As KMac says, you'll have no trouble getting home in either of those states.
