I havent. I know it seems they have been getting rid of a lot of fm's this past year and hirin new ones. I hate new fm's. They arent as productive and try to tell you how to drive or what loads to take. The better ones leave you alone and keep you rollin. I rarely have issues with Troy.

Darn...I went into log violation as I was getting off the exit for the Pilot here at Beaver Dam Ohio. My next load picks up in Lima Monday morning.

LOL, Yes I would agree winter in the North is an adventure. Just getting out of the truck going from point A to point B and back without freezing to death is an adventure to me. It is pretty with all the snow though. I do feel sorry for all the drivers securing, untarping, tarping and oh yea folding the tarps in these really cold areas.

Didn't you know there is no whining in trucking, truckers never whine. Your suppose to leave that to the wives/girlfriends. We can do a pretty darn good job of it. LOL

I would rather security tarp in 10° then in over over 90. I don't know how you people can deal with the heat humanity. That's why I like it in the winter time loading and unloading is no sweat. LOL
I can always put on the proper clothing to stay warm but I can't do a darn thing to stay cool. Growing up in an area that is nothing but lake effect snow driving in snow doesn't bother me at all. But ice that's a whole different ballgame I will shut down a heartbeat.

seawheeler, Evil_E and Danfromwindsor Thank this.

No I've never heard of him. Good luck in training him. To me it seems like it takes 4 to 6 months to break in a new F.M. hopefully he'll do a great job for you. Wish you the best in the new year.
