Bestway second time around.

    I know there are a couple of post here about Bestway express. And I agree with some of it, but not all of it. They have always been good to me. Decent miles, not horrible pay and great hometime. Im home every weekend no questions asked, and occasionaly thru the week. Lots of older well maintained trucks. Some trailers can be a little iffy though. They are in the process of adding new trucks and trailers though. If you dont require a grand a week they are pretty good. I have recommened them to many drivers. I came here with 6 months exp and a bad taste in my mouth from KLLM and Werner. They kinda seemed to me to understand how bad the big companies are. I left to help out a friend, then came back, I doubt I leave again.

    Yeah, Bestway sure did sucker u in. Must of been that high pay rate of. 32 pesos per mile. (And its not even Hub miles). Companies like Bestway get one over on the driver by offering all these supposed 'great' benefits. Never will see Bestway say- great pay here! No becuz they are making money off of you by NOT paying Hub miles. It saves them miles and money that they dont want to pay u the driver. Yeah, good luck. Youre gonna need it. By the way, which recruiter are you that wrote this bogus post?

    Yeah youre right. More pay (more money) in the drivers pocket is highly overrated. I mean after all, lower pay (mexican wages) is the thing now in America. Right?

    Just talked to these guys and yes, .32 cents a mile is still the going rate. The min. exp. now is 3 years though due to them changing insurance companies. Seemed like a nice guy on the phone and all that but hey, even a jerk can sound nice right ? .32 is not great, but if you roll the miles it's the same or better than sitting on ur arse for .38 IMO.
