Have you ever been to Louise's Diner there? It's about a mile east of you along the service road, same side as the truck stop. Can't fit your load in there probably, but if you can bobtail, the food is pretty good. Been going there for over 30 years. Open 24 hours.

do an agent search maybe you could call OZR.

I think it would be in bad taste to bother one agent with another agents shortcomings. If he wants to give his advice when he gets the chance, I'm happy to get it.dogcatcher Thanks this.

Im a flatbedder but be sure to document everything! Times, who you talked to, when you talked to em, and stay on custermer service! Be polite but firm! And thanks for outing a bad agent!

Thanks, I am. I hope in the morning it will be cleared up. It just stinks sitting here in limbo. Sitting like this doesn't make the truck payment. If it were a Landstar trailer, I might be able to drop it someplace, but I own my trailer, so it's not an option.

Make a left out of the lot and follow the service road. It's on the left. You'll see trucks parked around it. It's an old place, not too big. On the inside are patches from trucking companies all over the walls and ceiling from past and present trucking companies, many pretty old. It's pretty cool seeing the old ones. Don't cross the highway. It's on the north side service road.

It seems that some of the shippers with some companies like Tyson, and Sanderson Farms to name a couple, have workers who do not know how to count and stack a pallet or load freight without putting more than what is called for on the load. It has proved to be a hassle since a lot of places including Walmart dc's won't take it. Usually the company he was with had to be called just like in a loss or damaged items and be reported. They then would finds someplace to offload it at, sometimes going to a food pantry type place. But all the t's had to be crossed on this and was time consuming also. I guess they at least got it done though without all the miscommunication you are getting. It sounds like no one wants to take responsibility for the problem.
